Parents & Primary Caregivers
Mothers, fathers, and primary caregivers navigating the daily realities of raising a child with disabilities or developmental differences.
A whole-person wellness program designed to support the caregiver behind every journey
Because caring for yourself is part of caring for others
Caregiver360™ is a learning community. This is not group therapy or a traditional support group. Instead, it's a welcoming space where you'll learn evidence-informed strategies you can apply in everyday life while sharing experiences with a community that understands the realities of caregiving.
Caregiver360™ was created for everyone who cares for a child or young adult with disabilities or developmental differences. Our virtual workshops and interactive events explore topics such as mental wellness, emotional resilience, stress management, mindfulness, healthy relationships, communication, parenting, personal growth, and self-care.
Mothers, fathers, and primary caregivers navigating the daily realities of raising a child with disabilities or developmental differences.
Grandparents, siblings, aunts, uncles, and other family members who play an active role in their loved one's care and support.
Educators, therapists, paraprofessionals, and community workers who support individuals with disabilities.
Anyone who dedicates their time, love, and energy to support someone with disabilities or developmental differences.
Caring for and/or educating another human being is one of the greatest acts of generosity a person can offer. At the same time, it is one of life's most demanding responsibilities. Caregiver360™ has been created to help lighten that load, so you never have to carry it alone.
Each month, you'll join a virtual session led by experienced professionals from a multidisciplinary team of mental health, and family support specialists. Together, we'll explore practical, evidence-informed strategies that you can apply in your daily life while addressing the real challenges that caregivers and helping professionals face.
Month after month, you'll gain valuable knowledge, develop practical skills, and become part of a supportive community of parents, caregivers, educators, early childhood professionals, and other caring adults who truly understand your journey.
